Chief Executive Administrator
The Bluestone Center for Clinical Research is dedicated to the development, implementation, performance, and analysis of clinical research in an environment that combines academic excellence with industry's efficiency and speed. The Executive Administrator oversees all business aspects of the Center to satisfy its mission. These duties include budgets, contract negotiations, and coordination of the daily operations of a large multicenter research study. The office prepares standard budgets, letters of understanding, confidentiality forms, contracts, and regulatory forms for all clinical research investigations. The office oversees all IRB issues and facilitates development, delivery, and approval of IRB-associated documents. The office works closely with the Director's office in recruiting new funding sources, projects, and investigators to the Center, and is focusing on expanding operations in the future to include the greater New York Metropolitan area for recruiting research subjects and conducting clinically relevant research studies.
