"I found the experience enlightening.  I didn’t feel like a test subject. Dinah was very good. I always get a warm welcome when I come, always smiles.  People are very, very accommodating.  I was also glad that I was here because I found out that I had an abscess and they checked it out, took x-rays, did a biopsy— a real good examination.  I thought it could have been cancerous, but it wasn’t. I was reassured not to worry about it.
When I learned what the study was all about, it made me want to get more people in. I talked with Susan, the Recruitment Director.  I offered to become a peer recruiter to inform others about this research.  I want to do as much as I can to help get other people to participate in these studies. One never knows."
