Bluestone Oral Health Screening Registry
The Bluestone Center for Clinical Research Oral Health Screening Registry (OHRS) is an oral health screening database. The registry is compiled of past and present research participants at the Bluestone Center for Clinical Research who would be willing to be contacted in the future about oral health clinical studies.
Your participation in the Blustone Oral Health Screening Registry is an opportunity to contribute to scientific research. By completing a questionnaire, you will create your individual profile that will allow us to contact you regarding ongoing studies at the Bluestone Center for Clinical Research.
After becoming a member of the Blustone Oral Health Screening Registry you will have the opportunity to make an appointment to receive a free oral screening at the Bluestone Center for Clinical Research performed by a member of our research team. We will assess your oral health status and treatment needs. Our oral health specialists will provide you with recommendations regarding your oral health.
