Recruitment of Study Subjects
A full-time study subject recruiter is a member of each protocol team that includes the Principal Investigator and the study-dedicated clinical research coordinator (CRC).
A vast array of recruitment techniques are used at Bluestone (all IRB-approved), and each study start-up includes a customized recruitment plan.
Recruitment materials include written flyers, brochures, pamphlets, newspaper ads, electronic bulletin board notices, web-based materials, e-mail messages, letters to referring practitioners, radio advertisements and television advertisements.
Weekly recruitment updates for all Bluestone-supported investigations are prepared and analyzed so that each study is tracked for study subject recruitment and retention.
